If a user is unable to access their account due to it being inactive, proceed with reactivating the account. We are authorized to reactivate accounts for all users by simply switching the status from 'inactive' to 'active'.
Once you've reactivated the account, please have the user reset his/her password using the 'Forgot Password?' link on the Sign In page.
Note: If a user hasn’t accessed their account for 17 consecutive months, their account will be made “inactive”. Users do not receive notifications when their accounts get deactivated.
