We must troubleshoot any course completion issues to ensure browser settings meet system requirements. If we've exhausted all troubleshooting and the issue persists, we are permitted to mark courses complete for users when meeting the following requirements:
- The 'View Time' must be equal to or surpass the 'Training Hours' listed within training details or duration in the course description.
- We must request a screenshot of the final slide and/or the passing score of the training.
Note: If we receive a user who pushes back, not wanting to troubleshoot or meet additional requirements above, we're authorized to mark the training complete.
