Specialist Notes:

All VILTs will be on Zoom - Zoom is integrated into Royal Canin Academy.

If a user is having trouble joining/accessing a session, we can provide the link to access Zoom outside of RCA - see Webinar/VILT Link SR.

If the user needs help registering or accessing the webinar in RCA, use this SR as applicable. Provide them with the VSA point of contact email if needed: vetstudentsupport@royalcanin.com

Standard Response:

The following instructions will assist you with accessing your webinar/VILT session:

1. In the Calendar section, find the webinar/s you'd like to register for.

2. Click on "Request." This will automatically register you for the webinar and you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation.

3. When you want to join the webinar, click on the "Join" button in the reminder email or the webinar link in the calendar invite. If you forget to check for your reminder email, you can also "Launch" the webinar from within the Royal Canin Academy's Webinars & Events Calendar.

4. You will then be prompted to enter your name and email address.
